Glory Denied to have five upcoming productions in early 2024 - the Cleveland Institute of Music, Annapolis Opera, Chelsea Opera, Florida State University, and Chamber Orchestra of the Springs!

Soprano Laura Strickling's new album 40@40 (including Cipullo's “At Springs End”) has received a Grammy nomination! 

Atlanta Opera releases recording of Glory Denied (full orchestra version).  Featuring Michael Mayes, Kelly Kaduce, David Blalock, and Maria Valdes.  Conducted by Nicole Paiement. Available of Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Pandora, and more.

Music of Remembrance (Artistic Director Mina Miller) presents the monodrama Josephine, starring Laquita Mitchell. Conducted by Geoffrey Larson; stage direction by Erich Parce. Also Alisa Jordheim joins MOR for the premiere of Lori Laitman's Wertheim Park. Other works by Holocaust-era composers Max Vredenburg and Erwin Schulhoff.

Chelsea Opera (Artistic Director, Leonarda Priore) presents the New York premiere of The Parting. The chamber opera by Tom Cipullo and librettist David Mason tells the story of Hungarian poet Miklos Radnoti. Conducted by Benjamin Grow with stage direction by Garrett Heater. Featuring Peter Kendall Clark, Sarah Heltzel, and Laura Dixon Strickling. “The Parting” was commissioned by Music of Remembrance and was premiered on May 19, 2019 at Benaroya Hall, Seattle, WA.
